Account Deletion

Florence is committed to protecting your data and giving you control over your information. If you wish to delete your account and associated personal data, you may request this at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your Florence account:

  1. Send an email to support@florenceedu.com
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  3. In the body of the email, include:
    • The email address associated with your Florence account
    • Your full name (optional for verification)
    • A brief confirmation that you wish to delete your account and all related data

What Happens Next

  • Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.
  • All associated personal data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • If you are currently enrolled in any active courses or services, deletion will remove access immediately.
  • If you made your account through a third-party provider (such as Google or Apple), you may also need to manage your account settings through those platforms.
